About the Telephone Chain
The Telephone Chain was established on the outskirts of Christchurch, Dorset over six years ago. In that time, we have expanded from just a few operators providing a telephone answering service to a major bureau serving nearly 250 clients (many of national renown) throughout the British Isles. In our current spacious offices in the centre of the town, we have been able to increase our range of services. We are now providing a complete fulfilment service to, among others, a major mail order cosmetics company. Our new offices have enabled us to offer new services to our existing client base, many of whom have expanded in their time with us.
All our operators are selected for their friendly and professional telephone manner and their ability to work quickly and efficiently when the pressure rises. Some of our clients have been known to launch major advertising campaigns without letting us know - but we can always cope. With a large number of staff we can call on at short notice we provide the service you need when you need it.
